At first when I took these out of the package I thought they looked great, but wasn't sure about pulling them up as I have larger calves (16 ins.) so I undid the first button, didn't help. Then I tried just pulling them on, perfect, these are so yummy and cozy that I don't want to take them off. My only complaints are that I wish the insoles were inserts so you could place other inserts beneath them and keep the soft natural wool right next to your feet. Also, I got a 7 as I normally wear 7 1/2 in athletic shoes, I think a 6 would have been better, I wear a 6 1/2 in sandal's. But these are really cute, similar, but different enough so they are not just another ugg boot.

Love these boots...but the sizing is tricky. Ordered a size smaller,and is still a little big. Not sure I could have done another size smaller. The boots are beautiful.

Like these EMU's very much - they're super warm and comfortable. The only issue is the buttons are a tad bit tough to unbutton sometimes - you just have to turn them in the right way.

I bought the black EMU Women's Hip Button Boot for my wife, and while she was trying it on for the first time, the top string broke off while trying to hook up the button to the loop.
I tried to call Amazon for a replacement but they don't have the same color, style and size in stock. I also tried to call EMU customer service, but that was a joke. I tried to return it, but ended up just paying $10 to a shoe repair place to sew the string back again. This is cheaper that Uggs, but I guess you get what you pay for. This is really a poor quality product.
